Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders within the domestic US will be shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). All products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, supply only part of an order or divide orders. All international shipments can be shipped via UPS or USPS. A $6 handling fee will be charged on all orders except those totaling less than $50 before taxes. Quit Mad Stop wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you should need to return an item, you may return regular priced merchandise to us directly [*see exceptions] within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, minus the shipping charges, when accompanied by the original sales receipt. We do not refund original or return shipping charges. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Full-priced merchandise must be returned within 14 days from date of delivery. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 14 days from date of original delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express that allows you to track your package. If you send a return COD, it will not be accepted. Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper. Please include a copy of your receipt inside the package. If your return is sent past the 14 days as stated above, it will be subject to one of two things: 1). It will once again become property of Quit Mad Stop and your account will not be credited in any way. Or alternately, 2). It will be sent back to you at your expense. Quit Mad Stop is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force majeure or any other uncontrollable events. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Quit Mad Stop's sole discretion.Exceptions
